TRAINING PROGRAMME ON MEDICAL IMAGING AND RADIOTHERAPY
Quality Assurance, calibration, and maintenance of different medical imaging systems are mandatory for the safe diagnosis and treatment planning of patients and more critical for cases involved with radiation and radiotherapy. To aid in this sector and to disseminate knowledge, Dept of BME organized a Certification Course titled “Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy” by an experienced foreign professional from 25 October to 01 November 2022. Biomedical Engineers, Nuclear Engineers, Radiologists, and Medical technologists from various Universities and Institutions from various educational backgrounds participated in this course. The participants gathered practical hands-on knowledge from the expert Mr. Salih Arican.
